Naomi Richards is a graduate of the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work (2001) and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado since 2006 and is a National Certified Guardian. She is a member of the National Guardianship Association, the Colorado Guardianship Association and the Aging Life Care Association.
Beginning in 2001, Naomi worked in the Colorado Long-term Care Medicaid programs providing case management services under the Medicaid Waivers. She then spent four years as a clinician with the Colorado Physician Health Program, a program funded through the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners, providing clinical support and services to physicians, residents and medical students in Colorado.
In 2010, after starting her family, she began working in hospital systems providing case management and social work services, first in Connecticut and then back in Colorado in 2015.
In 2016, while continuing her work in the hospital, she began the most exciting and rewarding phase of her career as a geriatric care manager with ELDEResources and began serving as a professional guardian in 2021. Naomi became a National Certified Guardian in 2022.
In January 2021, she became a partner owner of ELDEResources and in January, 2024, she proudly assumed full ownership of ELDEResources, LLC.
Naomi currently has a team of committed, compassionate and seasoned contract care managers. Naomi is passionate about her work and highly committed to her clients, supporting their quality of life, preserving autonomy and engaging in proactive care planning.
Debbie Reinberg started working in the geriatric field in 1987, setting up hospital-based geriatric outpatient primary care programs. She later partnered with John Rymers to provide facilitative mediation for families struggling with eldercare issues and developed Conflict Management trainings for Eldercare Professionals and in Elder Med

She later partnered with John Rymers to provide facilitative mediation for families struggling with eldercare issues and developed Conflict Management trainings for Eldercare Professionals and in Elder Mediation for trained mediators.
Debbie established ELDEResources LLC to provide geriatric care management services and started to accept appointments as Court-Appointed Guardian in 2012.
Fortunate to have hired Naomi Richards and thrilled at how quickly and passionately she embraced her role as a care manager and Guardian, Debbie offered Naomi ownership in ELDEResources LLC, culminating in full ownership as of 1/1/24.
In gratitude to Naomi for accepting the torch, Debbie is now delighted to be traveling, learning, playing, volunteering and spending even more time with her dogs.
Heidi Pedersen is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and University of Northern Colorado with a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology with an emphasis in Management and Administration.
She worked as an Occupational Therapist for about sixteen years in various clinical settings,

She worked as an Occupational Therapist for about sixteen years in various clinical settings, from hospitals and nursing homes to rehab settings. In 1999, she changed course, utilizing her Gerontology degree and taking steps to become Assisted Living Executive Director for three different communities, a position she held for nineteen years. Heidi oversaw two communities providing secured dementia care and one for individuals with mental health and dementia diagnoses.
In 2019, Heidi transferred her expertise to work as a care manager with ELDEResources. To this role, she brought her extensive experience in senior care, especially dementia care, and has since increased her breadth of knowledge in supporting clients and families in all aging-related matters. Heidi enjoys the wide range of experiences afforded in this role, and we are exceedingly happy to have her with us for several years and counting!
Sheila joined the Elderesources team in May 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational therapy from Colorado State University in 1989. She is a member of the Colorado Guardianship Association since 2023.
She has 35 years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist in a multitude of settings including acute hospitals

She has 35 years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist in a multitude of settings including acute hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care and inpatient rehabilitation facilities in numerous states. Her love of adventure allowed her to work for four years as a traveling occupational therapist expanding her knowledge, advancing skills, advocating for patients all while seeing many beautiful sites in this country.
She loves teaching and has provided mentorship to many occupational therapy students over the years. She has been a guest lecturer multiple times for the Colorado State university occupational therapy program.
During her career as an OT, Sheila has been a strong advocate for patients and families in her care. This skillset and breadth of experience brings many valuable and unique qualities to her role as a geriatric care manager.
Sheila and her husband have raised 3 boys in Colorado. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, snow shoeing, cycling, traveling, paddleboarding, pickleball and golf.
Roslyn Paine joined the ELDEResources team in 2023. She has 22 years of experience in the field of Healthcare Social Work. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 2002 specializing in clinical practice. After graduate school Roslyn worked as a Transplant Social Worker at Northwestern Memorial Hospital

She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 2002 specializing in clinical practice. After graduate school Roslyn worked as a Transplant Social Worker at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. In 2004, she started her work as a Geriatric Care Manager for NorthShore Eldercare Management and then LivHOME in Chicago. In Denver she continued her work in geriatrics at Dignity First Health at Home (formerly LivHOME). In 2018, Roslyn opened her own Geriatric Care Management practice, Rocky Mountain Senior Solutions.
In addition to Geriatric Care Management, Roslyn served as a support group facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter for 6 1/2 years. She is also currently an adjunct faculty member at the Metropolitan State University of Denver and has taught many classes in healthcare social work and geriatrics both at the Bachelors and Masters level. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming for a Masters Swim Team, hiking and spending time with her husband and two sons.
